Problem with accomodation after payment. FILTHY

After arriving at Gum Tree lodge in Kimberley we entered the reception area. It was scorching hot and the receptionist was very rude and incompetant. She wanted us to share a room with 2 other households "our booking was for 1flat with a kitchen braai and bathrooms". She then gave us a room with NON of the requirments paid for. She switched us between 3rooms. NOT recommended at all.. The rooms are really like that of a poor village somewhere in Africa. NOT RECOMMENDED
