This serves to complain about the Zebra Cabs service Iv received yesterday. My husband is out of country so I had to hire a cab to fetch me from Nicolway to Galloway Av. When I called in the lady had quoted me R50 for a 4km. When I got into the car, firstly the driver lady was answering her cellphone calls while driving and she wasn't very careful. I was horrified. Isnt the passengers life more important than answering personal calls and not paying full attention on the road? Then she tells me I owe her over R150 on arrival. I was ready to flip @ that point. Again this morning I called to hire for this afternoon and was asked to be placed on hold twice withing a 10 min span. Your service is so disgusting! Why do you not tell people the true costs of a 4km in my case?
And I don't want apologies, they do nothing!
