Failure to provide service

I booked and paid for an airport transfer through Shaun Veeran of Executive Transfers over 2 weeks ago for collection today in PMB and transfer to King Shaka airport in Durban. Initially he confirmed the booking via email, but for over a week has not responded to my request for a final confirmation of today's details. I have called, sms'd and emailed and have had no response. As a result I have now had to hire a car and drive myself to the airport.
