Outstanding service

I've booked our holiday accomodation through Travelground, and received quick and excellent service with a very short booking. I overpaid at the guest farm, and then struggled to be reimbursed by the owner. I eventually contacted Shirley at Travelground, and was surprised with the efficient service I received from her. They offered to pay me on behalf of the farm owner, and my money was paid over within a few days. Thank you, Travelground, you exceeded my expectations.
