Horrible service at park station jhb we have been waiting for a bus that was mean t to leace at 8:30 and its already 10:00 no communication is given whatsoever, we had to wait and when we asked for an explanation of wat was happening we were given an attitude by a guy named Eric who told us that cant we see that he is callng.still even after the call we were not given any response to the matter..THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO KEEP CLIENTS WAITING FOR MORE THAN 2HOURS .only at 10 we are told that the bus is still in pretoria
