Seems like being at the airport 35 mins before departure time is not good enough. The people at the booking desk was so unhelpful by just saying booking is close. I have traveled on many occasions with other airlines and this has never been an issue. They service was awesome compared to MANGO airlines. Very disappointed and will not travel. With an airline that has such pathetic service.
