Been a year now, we were forced to hand in professional fishing gear, they lost it. Quote to replace was R19, 000.00... the compensation we received from SAA 10months later was R894!!! Reason: they pay on weight! The gear does not weigh anything so nevermind the value of the goods. Dont expect reply from SAA, you can send e-mails, call every day, but no response from them!
