On 1 June 2013, I signed up for The Holiday Club, only to find out that some of the additional costs were added after we left the presentation. About a month later we were informed of the additional charges. We finally managed to cancel with help of Lynette after a lengthy month of ups and downs. They promised to refund my deposit in 20 days from beginning of August 2013.

I called Dawn who is handling my repayments query and she always promise that the money will be in my account on Friday. She has been saying that for the last 3 weeks. It's about three months now since falling for this.

This is the first and last time I bought the time shares.
