After complaining about bad service I got from a sales person, I got calls from Arnie and Bernadette. They really went out of their way to help me with my query. They kept me informed while they were resolving the query and I now know what the status of my father's timeshare account is. Thank you so much. I wish all Flexi Club consultants had the same great attitude.
