Nobody Answers the Phone

The voice repeatedly says they are experiencing high call volumes, but it seem's highly unilkey that this is the case. Unless the Shosholoza is suddenly extremely popular for some reason. If they can't answer a phone how could they run a train service? It sends a bad message about the companies management and staff, and I'd imagine this trickles down to the experience one would have aboard one of their trains too. A pity.
