I would just like to commend [URL Removed] for how they treated my mother when she flew to visit in June / July. The process of booking the wheelchair was by far the easiest I have ever experienced as handling the booking process which is usually a daunting process for me. She said the staff were all so friendly and helpful. On principle, I will only book with [URL Removed] going forward, it's certainly nice to know that the average person doesn't feel like an outcast because they are not holding a certain class of membership card! Keep it up [URL Removed] - you will definitely fly to new heights (pun intended) with this standard of service. 5 stars!
