Rubio Shuttle fails to delive

I started using Rubix shuttle services last year and was initially satisfied with the level of service, however this year the delivery of my four year old son has been delayed by an additional 30minutes and upon trying to enquire the owner of the franchise Benita Goodwin had a bad attitude and forgot that they normally send sms'es when your child is delivered. So I indicated to her a four year old cannot sit in traffic for an 1 hour when he stays less than 10 km from the school is ludicrous.

I complained for a number of months and the attitude from Benita was appealing to say the least and I discovered they have added other children to pick up and deliver within the lone hill area to the discomfort of my 4 year old whom she says he has not complained and sleeps in the shuttle anyway. I mean how can a 4 year old speak his mind in such a situation and he sleeps because he is tired, I mean honestly.

Also, the shuttle changed staff and did not inform the parents about this so to my dismay I get a call from another person asking about collecting my son one day and I am in a frenzy because obvious we live in an unsafe society and this obviously is a big thing.

Totally disgusted
