No help at all!

Have been working at the airport for more than 3 years now, in order to go to departures you need to scan your permit and verify via your fingerprint. unfortunately now i have a skin problem on my hands and it does not pick up my fingerprint, so i have been to the permit office, been told that i do not know how to place my finger on the fingerprint reader (so what was i doing for so long to get in?)

second attempt, been there again today, stood there, the lady said the person in charge will come explain to me
stood for 45 mins and nothing, called the lady at the glass told her i need to resume duty as my break is now over, she turns walks to a table and continues flipping pages in a file... would it take so long to sort this small problem out? according to my knowledge, it will take less than a minute to sort it out.

so unfortunately have no comment for the level of service recieved!
