The response from Avoca travels to my prior complaint is actually filled with untrue statements. Firstly- this was a FOUR star package, not a 3 star (as incorrectly mentioned in Avoca's response). Secondly, the Eastin hotel in Bangkok is a FOUR star hotel, not a 3 star (as incorrectly mentioned in Avoca's response). Also, we did not "accept the free upgrade"- we were never given the choice to! Avoca had forced this upon us without asking us or letting us know. It came as a surprise when our tickets arrived. Thirdly, we did not request masala omlettes at the Rolla in Dubai! We asked for fried eggs! we DO know what we wanted to eat for breakfast, and NO Avoca, you may NOT change that without consulting with us! It was a nice try to save your "reputation" and defend your pathetic service, but quite frankly we are not interested. To everyone else out there- watch out for Avoca, they're losing their touch with their integrity.
