I am currently paying for 3G and BB services!!! What a joke as my phone is more on EDGE than 3G and if not that on EDGE!! So all potential MTN customers please beware they sell 3G but the real thing they give is is old slow technology!!! Utter my husband is on Vodacom and never has any of this!!! Can wait until my contract runs out!!! Maybe give Telkom a go!! All suppliers have this going on when will they get theirs act together!! Go to UAE, UK and USA to learn something and some customer service please!! Half your call centre staff sound asleep and the advice they gives scripted!! So annoyed MTN get it together and all potential subscribers Cell C may be a better bet as MTN!!!
