As I am staying in the UK. as from September 2011, I contacted Cell C in Februarie 2012 to inform about my contract as I wanted to cancell it. I was told that the contract period was until the end of August 2012. At the end of July 2012 I went on Cell C's webpage and sent an email to the address supplied by them. No reply received. I sent another email in the beginning of September to cancell the contract, but still no reply. Every month on the 30th they are subtracting the amount of R300 from my account. As I want to close my banking account now, I would like to have this issue rectified nd also refunded before I close my account.
