Over the last two weeks I have phoned in to the Call centre to rectify an error on their system regarding my cell phone account. Each time I am assured that the problem is sorted only to have to phone back again the next day or at the most two days. When I get justifiably irate, I am put on hold, arbitrarily transferred which necessitates me having to explain my situation all over again and to what purpose as nothing is ever done as promised. I got so far as to speak to a supervisor in the middle of the debacle but all he offered me was a yes mam, no mam response and still the problem persisted. Does the MD not care about the shoddy service he is giving his clients. I am appalled!
