It has been five days since my last post on Hello Peter on not one of the issues has been dealt with. Funiwe contacted me on Friday but I have heard nothing from her yet. I still dont have my statements and still have not been refunded the unauthorised money you took from my account. Please do not give me a automated response, I would like this matter to be dealt with today.
