I cannot pick up my voice messages despite receiving an sms saying I have them. I contacted the call centre 7 times in 4 days (!!) and have spoken to 7 different people Ariana, Nthabiseng,?? Thembiso, Bryton & now including Eldrin the supervisor and Susan the team leader. All assure me the problem will be resolved & will return my call - none of which has happened, . This is affecting my business since anyone leaving me a message thinks I am not returning their call! not to mention the time spent explaining the problem & confirming my details. This is UNACCEPTABLE level of service . now they have passed the buck onto MTN!! 4 days to resolve an issue created by them??? No resolution, no feedback - NO CONTRACT - 12:01pm is my deadlime before cancelliing my contract with this incompetant collection of individuals
