I had a contract that I took on behalf of a friend many moons ago, long story short, it was handed over since they failed to change the bank details but the balance was paid and account closed, now i need to get a new line, I am sent from pillar to post and it is frustrating, especially with the extra long times i have to wait to be helped.
is this a sign that I must not bring my business to you guys?
