DO NOT ACTIVATE AN ADSL (GO 3G)

Existing line was activated in October, logged a fault in Oct as line went down, was given a new router, line came back up, was not router related. 28 Desember Line goes down again logged fault 170CRK020113, no feedback called them on Monday after numerous calls inbetween and escalations. Told on monday 14/01/2013 by Lwaso that the fault has been repaired someone was there on Sunday, LIARS... no one came lines still down. I explained to her that this cannot be as the line is still down and NO ONE Came i was at home on sunday. Lwaso asks me to go home so we can troubelshoot and reset the port when i am there. This will fix it. so I take off work go home and contact them. Spoke to someone else, NO THE LINE IS DEFF DOWN i get told. They have to open a new fault as the old fault was closed without beinng fixed. New Fault 1138CRK140113 opened yesterday. These people dont care trust me, i will now put in a complaint with ICASA, the Consumer Ombud and make it my misssion in life to make sure everyone i do business with twill stay away from these people. I am now off to the closest Telkom branch to go and stop people taking up contracts. You LIE & from us. i will not pay, u wil
