I lodged a compaint with Cellc for lack of Data service in an advertised area, I bought a cellC prepaid sim, and now am unable to use it due to lack of service. i lodged a complaint on the website and was told i would get a response in 48 hours, but instead, i got a response on 14th march, after reporting it on the 13 February. So i have to ask the question, Is cellc, waiting for my 12 month prepaid bundle to run out before they will respond to this issue. Or alternatively, please give me a refund, and take your simcard back.
