I've just got this adsl line and i needed help with it, been calling for assistance but kept on bieng transfared and given incorrect information. Ever since 2pm till 5:30pm been trying to get help, but they just hung up on me, some told me my line doesnt exist, also found out that i was given the incorrect package... I had given up, till I decided to give it one more try... Alfred came to my rescue wooohooo he was just awesome it was as if he was an angel that came to collect me from... im so happy with the service that Alfred gave me and may bless him with a bigger position...
