Inability to accept account payment now my phone u

My debit order did not go through last month and so I have tried and tried to make a bank transfer but to no avail!!
Cell C's system will not accept my phone number as the reference as per their requirements (Apparently because its a ported number) and after numerous calls to their line PLUS visits to branches I finally thought it was sort when a supervisor told me to put it in a different account and he would transfer the amount to the correct account. Last week I got an SMS telling me I had not paid so I emailed the gentleman in question. I received no reply and now my phone cannot make calls or anything.
Even after emails to the above address I have NEVER received a reply! My business is dependent on clients accessing me and me replying.
