Hi, it is now 2 weeks since I requested my itemised billing, I have called twice and I get the first time my details were taken down incorrectly - which I understand, I called a second time and confirmed my email address but to date I do not have what I requested. please can this be sent to [Email Removed] I am putting this in writing so that there is no mistake or misunderstanding as to what my email address is.
