My previous report was replied to by an email from Vodacom saying the problem will be resolved immediately and that a consultant would call me asap. It has been 3 working days and a weekend since then and no response.
Terrible service, I just want a phone which works. I have been a loyal vodacom customer for several years. This contract alone is worth over R13000. I want this resolved by your customer service department without me having to drive back and forth to your store as I have been there several times to be constantly disappointed.
