I was told to "Take your issues somewhere else"

I called the customer call centre on Friday afternoon to confirm when I could upgrade. Which is TODAY. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, and even told me about the Blackberry 10 Z and I should call sales on 145 to "order" it. That number does not work/exist. So I went to Westgate, where I opened the contract. Bo said my account was on "credit watch" I then explained to her that is was actually an electronic fault as I switched debit orders. I even received the notice that the order has been switched. CellC then, yet again, and tried to deduct payment from the old account. Bo was not interested in this story, and gave me a bad attitude So, to avoid conflict, I simply said "so, you cant help me" and walked out. I then heard her saying "ag man, take your issues somewhere else" I am a paying customer and do NOT appreciate idiotic people who are supposed to help me, that simply cannot do their job. I then went back to find out this what this arrogant employees name was and she ran to the back after seeing me come back. I asked to speak to the manager, who was "on a smoke break." Bo obviously has no customer skills and should not work there!
