On 6 February I reported that my Telkom lines were off and that I work from home. I got a reference number 541CWZ060213 on 6 February via my cell phone as well. I heard nothing from anybody till Monday 11 February when I phoned again and was told that there was no technician available to send out but, that it will be reported as urgent. When I complained about holding on a long time on a cell phone I was told to go to a public phone.
I phoned again this morning (from my cell) and was told again that they will treat it as urgent. Everything is still off, but for my e-mail which, fortunately, is not with Telkom.
