Customer service not responding

On 23/01/2013 we reported by email on internet to customer service that the phone a Nokia music express was from my sister in law's house in Mafikeng. We are not using the cell c simcard for my mother in law are using the phone on a mtn simcard. We reported the phone on phone as well. The guy that assisted me on the phone said no problem just do a simswop on the mtn card then the phone will be blocked automatically. I informed them of the caseno as well and that we need proof that the phone was blocked for the insurance people. Untill now we have not heard of anyone what so ever! I tried to phone now as well twice in fact. both times I gave the cell c no to help them to identify the file they say they are putting me through to another person but then the phone went dead both times! What is going to happen now. i want to know when is the contratct going to end and what is going to happen we are still paying the contract but are we going to receive a replacement phone? the case no 329/1/2013 at 23/01/2013 SAPS Mahikeng station no 018 3975013
