Constant Connection Problems, Raised Escalations

For a while I had connection problems but of late they just keep getting worse and worse. I.e. 2 out of every 3 calls are cut, random internet failure, "Phone number does not exist" issues - when the number does indeed exist, dialing straight to voice mail, dialing straight to my voice mail without the phone ringing, not dialing at all...

So I called cell c, their technical team were supposed to get back to me within 48 hrs its now, I called again, same thing 48 hrs have passed in total I've been waiting for someone to come back to me for 9 days.

So this is the last straw if someone does not contact me by close of business day Friday I'm cancelling this conrtact and will pay the 10% cancellation fee as per the NCA not the illegal "remaining term amount" that cell phone companies charge.
