8ta losing payments AGAIN

Well after MUCH trouble I finally closed my 8ta contracts and ported to Virgin. The accounts I now received are all wrong. It seems my reason for leaving 8ta has not left me. I still have a mess to deal with. I emailed the proof of payments to Thandiwe yesterday early and never got a reply or acknowledgement of the receipt thereof. I asked her again this morning to reply with acknowledgement of receipt of the proof of payment, but she never replied. This mess is as a result of 8ta not emailing my December bills and so they phoned me when I never paid. I paid the amounts as soon as I got the call. I am now showing in arrears again AFTER they reflected the payments #%$ ON THE WRONG ACCOUNTS? I asked them for an up to date statement of account. It is such a mess I could not reconcile my payments either. Incompetence and bad service are the two reasons you should stay away from 8ta.
