Some few weeks ago I walked into your branch office in Adderely Street Cape Town, after waiting for a consultant (there was only one), I was called up by a lady in another desk (not situated at the consultants desk) and already I was skeptical about her successfully helping me as I was already there for a complaint of suffering abuse over the telephone by a Mrs Pienaar from Telkom. Tahira Kader changed my entire experience, her friendly manner changed my mood completely. She explained to me exactly what it is this individual who identified herself as a Mrs Pienaar, she admitted that Telkom had been at fault and not only did she offer a good explanation she also contacted the Telkom call centre for me and explained step by step what it is she was doing and how it was to assist me. The lady on the other side of the phone too was helpful and after I ended the call Tahira still asked how the call went and what was said and she continued to explain further the way forward. She is a good ambassador for your company, she was still polite and an incredibly pleasant experience to have on a late Friday afternoon. I wanted to compliment her in store, but there was no manager in store.
