I need help and I want answers!

In November 2012 I cancelled my Telkom line as I moved residence and they told me that i would have to wait for my re installation, which would never become of anything as I was Later told I had no infrastructure in my area and the need 120 people to apply and I was 14. This and many other. I have sat with no Internet for over a year now because of this lack of interest to assist and the supposed understanding that people living in Farrar Park don't use Internet. Right so as of January I have moved into a new home in Park rand that has a line fully installed and fully functional as at Dec 2013. SO I figure hey its all here i will get my landlords details and re active the FULLY FUNCTIONAL LINE! but NO the same excuse. We are sorry the copper is high in your area. ( I don't give a as the line is already in thus no additional line needed!) Thus i question this and what do you know. Oops that excuse didn't work on this lady lets try the next one in the book. Oh um we um don't have any infrastructure in your area.(FOR SAKE THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS STICKING OUT MY WALL!)Will someone please pull finger and fix this NOW! I need net for work
