For the last 3 months going back and forth whit telkoms call center no one can answer my query
I migrated to a bigger contract and paying the exact same price as some one that will sing up for a new contract but I cant get the same value as the new costumer, I am an existing costumer I am no longer important and the value that i get is less than a new costumer
I have treten them whit whit legal action and asked them to provide me whit the documentation to say that i understand that when i migrated up i am aware that I'm cant get the same benefits as a new costumer
my signal is very bad but they don't want to help me as i don't want to pay my account as i do not get what I'm paying for!
