You suspended my CellC data sim for NO REASON whatsoever - you said I hadn't been using it! I use it EVERY day and top it up at least every month and sometimes fortnightly. The worst is that it never indicated it on my computer, no error message, no sms - it connected, showed connected and then froze on Outlook and internet. WHAT SIRT OF MICKY MOUSE OPERATION ARE YOU RUNNING? It took me 24 hours to discover what you had done because of the lack of alert and lost me work and money as well as caused a huge amount of stress and very irritated clients of mine due to not being connected. To make matters worse, your employee at Boskruin, Brandon, has no client service skills - he treated me very patronisingly and basically disassociated himself from Cell C and it's responsibility - eventually phoned and I spoke to one of your people who told me it was disconnected because I don't use it!!! Brandon needs to understand that he is an employee of Cell C and therefore must take responsibility for it's errors and not have the attitude of 'it's not my area, I only help with connecting you'! I AM YOUR CLIENT. How are you going to compensate me for all of this?
