Autopage still debt your account

A few months ago I switched from debt order to cash because Autopage could not be trusted debiting my account with the correct amounts.
However this month without my permission they decided to debit me, even after my bill was paid a week ago.

I am going to seek legal advice because I've had it with this company and the way they do business.
