On the 27.05.12 i purchased a samsung s4 by the manager as mentioned above Candice was never explained that the mobile app for updates will be running daily as that will get charged. As now incurred a R2400 bill. Called manager insist that she did explain as i was not alone instore this was never explained to myself. Manager refuse to apologise just saying that there is nothing that she can do about it as according to her it was explained, which was not the case... dealt with Altech autopage many years never had this issues until dealing direct with manager.as not alone does she give bad service but has an unbelievable disgusting attitude. Manager never even kept myself update whren the phone was in store, as by luck called in to be advised that the phone has arrived. Highly dissapointed in the disgusting service as being a loyal customer for many years.
