After a day of sales people shrugging and not knowing we walked into Cellucity expecting pretty much more of the same.
We were however presently surprised.
Not only had they stock of the item we were looking for, the friendly helpful Patrick S, was exceptionally knowledgeable, not only about our new purchase but was also able to answer questions on other cellular products. He also gave expert advise on how to optimize the use of our purchase.
Patrick S is an exceptional individual who really went the extra mile with friendly and accurate information, knowledge and advice. It was the best sales and purchase experience my husband and I had in years. His employer can really be very proud of him and should keep an eye on him as he is definitely managerial material, if he is not already in such a position.
