This is the only company I complain about numerous times, as this is the only company I believe to be worse than City of Johannesburg and all the banks combined. My account received 15 December 2013 was over charged by R1399.55 by my calculations. I phoned to log a query, and received an SMS to state that credit for R512.60 was passed. This is not correct. Asking to speak to a manager in the accounts department, I was transferred to Joshlin from credit control, who apparently deals with payment arrangements - something I do not need, and certainly not the person I asked to talk with. I want this corrected, and I do not want to wait a further 2 weeks for an error from your side, that is affecting me, to be corrected.
