Tks Abdul for the sms you sent me. I still have a complaint and a concern and the fact that I have not been called via phone as per this huge complaint. You state that you have done thorough investigation and it was confirmed that the data in question was indeed used and the billed amounts are true and correct. I want proof on black and white which websites were used and by who as data bundles were sent by Kashifa Greeff to 0799566591 -who gave her permission to do so as this account is in my name, she has no right to do so. This cell no. was checked by Sihle on 7/1/2014 at 9.26am and he said it belongs to AL and MAR Financial Services. I do not have a clue who this company is and it seems I have been paying for this company's data usage. I want my money refunded back to me into my bank account asap. I have just checked online and I see that 0825702043 is now on R1378.81 and it was R1179.10 odd on Friday last week. I want a breakdown of the R12886.93 as 3/12/2013 was R5587.83 including VAT and then December usage was R10083.00 odd including VAT, this does not amount to R12886.93. I also, want to know which websites were used for this high data usage it just is impossible. REFUND
