If you are not yet a customer, then be warned and stay as far away as possible from Nashua Mobile - customer service is very bad, they will waste your time & your money; if it is a network issue they will delay you even further cus they neva have direct access.
On average, you have to log a call three times, get many promises before your query actually gets resolved.. Just!
I am waiting for my contracts to expire then I will get new ones with MTN Direct.. Have had it.
