Pathetic service cell c

Hi I wrote a complaint on the 31 of december on this site about cellc and was told that cellc would get back to me unfortunately they havent got back to me and I still dont have a phone and I think its unfair for me to be paying for a phone I dont have and cant use. Im not happy with the service of cell c
