I logged and incident with vodacom yesterday regarding the bad signal at my home. I was promised that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours yet i am still waiting and cannot make ANY calls whatsover.
I am on standby this weekend for one of the largest banks and my employer cannot reach me due to vodacom not delivering on their service.
If the issue is not RESOLVED within the next 2 hours, i will take this up with the press as well as the vodacom head office.
