We went to Vaal mall Telkom to report our faulty router, they did not listen to our complaint and just handed us a telephone to report the fault at the call centre. Instructions were given by call centre attendant, on arival at home there were no such instructions. We again phoned the call centre from home and they indicated that the shop in Vaal mall had to test the router to check if it was working which they did not do. They also did not have stock of any routers... how pathetic is this... You might as well close that shop as it does not deliver service at all.
