Well guess Cell C has done it again this time their rude constants as mentioned above proved that Cell C can not ensure that the guys who take calls can handle an irate member. When one complains about the same things for 5 months with a service provider you are sure to lose your cool, and being told that I have a bad attitude did not make it even better. I spent my hard earned Rands on Cell C a service provider and they have failed to provide a service. I am again referring to my previous complaint about the same thing statements. IF YOU LOOKING TO GET A CONTRACT DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SKIP THE CELL C STORE. all they need is a deduction from your account to satisfy their bottom line nothing to them refers to good service and going the extra mile to help a customer. No matter how measly my R1000.00 is to them I would rather take it to Vodacom or MTN and be at ease. This simply serves as a warning to those who want to join the Cell C - CIRCUS. SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MOVE TO A NETWORK THAT GIVES A HOOT ABOUT YOUR MEASLY R1000.00.
