Don't report to ITC if good record is kept

I am trying to get a cellphone contract through Vodacom as 8ta does not supply the Samsung Note 2.
Vodacom needs my credit rating from Transunion to do this.
8ta doesn't report to ITC if you have a good record, only if you default. I need 8ta to upload my good credit onto ITC to prove that I am a good paying client, I spoke to Customer Care (Thulani) ref no: 4019044 and they refuse to do it for me. I find this unacceptable.
