Disconnect If You Can

Trouble from day one. Was charged but not connected for months and I said then 'Connect If You Can". Now I've closed the account but its about 9 months later and I'm still getting sms's saying my account is overdue. I want to know what miracle it would take to be deleted off the system. Now I say 'DISCONNECT IF YOU CAN' PLEASE!!! I have spoken to numerous people, including managers. They make all kinds of promises but the issue is never resolved. Customer services says 'Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns with us." As if they appreciate that your concerns are helping them improve their service.. Fat chance. Years of dealing with them and nothing has changed- also apparent by the HUNDREDS of people on HelloPeter still complaining about all the same things I complained about. What will it take to get your act together? I will not be paying one more cent. Just take me off your system.
