I took out a new contract from CellC direct, huawei ascend P6. First I had to wait a week for the phone to be delivered to my office which was 5km away! Once the phone arrive the packaging was completing damaged, with a huge gash in the box, and the seal was not even original! I can't believe that box got through quality control! So I tried phoning on the weekend to complain, and cellc direct does not work over the weekend! So monday when I phoned to hopefully get the phone replaced they told me it would take 21 DAYS for them to issue me a new phone! HELLO? How can it take that LONG? It is easier for me to cancel the contract and take out a new one! I have been a client of CellC for over 10 years now, and I ways defended them, but after this incident I think I'm better off starting a new!
