I have been 10 months into my 2yr contract with MTN, and have had 5 new (refurbished) phones in that time. BB themselves tell me that if it is a phone problem, I must lease with supplier. I am SO sick and tired of BB, i don't know to do. MTN say that they will send it back, but its 1 or 2 weeks without a phone, 1 hr standing in a long line to be helped, then the next 1 you get is also??? I cannot believe that BB has brought out so much, and i don't like touch screen phones. Where does one stand. SURELY there must be some law to help the customer. HELP.
