Charging for advanced mygig1 instead of mygig

Hello

I upgraded my mymeg400 to a mygig1, the one advertised as 69 per month. I did it over the phone as they did not have the option on the internet. I repeatedly asked the consultant whether it is correct and it is the mygig1 for 69 and not the advanced mygig1 for 285.
Repeatedly the answer was yes.
Now for 3 months I am paying for advanced mygig1 instead of the normal mygig1.I called to correct this, and even got the migration forms etc that shows that they will migrate it to the normal mygig, but this month again they deducted for the advanced mygig1.
this is grossly incompetent and I wish to cancel this contract as I will be moving over to MTN from Next year then.
